This Regulation here determines the official analytical methods for strong alcohol and alcoholic beverages, including the rules for correct sampling and physico-chemical analysis of such products, also in terms of their composition and food safety. The list of respected standards and limits is part of this text. The Annex is part of this publication (containing full guidelines for the implementation of above mentioned methods of analysis and sampling).
