This Regulation here stipulates the official sampling methods for the control of presence and quantity of residues of pesticides in and on products of plant and animal origin, in accordance with the limits of maximum levels of pesticide residues in and on food and feed of plant and animal origin. This text closely sets all necessary technical and procedural issues, as listed in the Annex, which is also part of this publication.
