Regulation on the conditions and procedure for issuing permits for placing new food for the first time on the market of BiH and requirements for special labelling of new food.

This Regulation determines the necessary procedural matters and related conditions as regards the issuance/granting of permits for placing new food for the first time on the market of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and also sets the requirements for specific labelling of new foodstuff. This text also sets the classification of new foods, that here is divided into four different categories (see article 2).
