This Regulation proclaims the establishment of the Sarajevo Canton public institution for protected natural areas. This public institution shall have the status of a legal entity, with the scope of management, protection, maintenance and promotion of recognized nature protected values, areas and sites as regards the territory of the Sarajevo Canton, part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The scope of these assigned duties is to protect and preserve the originality of nature, by ensuring the undisturbed development of natural processes and further sustainable use of natural assets, including the control rules. The public institution manages the nature sites such as: nature park "Skakavac", protected landscape "Bijambara", nature monument "Vrelo Bosne", protected landscape "Trebevic" and protected landscape "Bentbasa". Financing and funding provisions are listed in articles 6, 7 and 8.
