Standard for the Areas without Equine Encephalomyelitis (Eastern and Western) Disease.

This Standard is enacted to implement regional management of animal diseases, standardize the assessment of the areas without prescribed animal diseases, effectively control and extinguish major animal diseases, improve animal health and animal product safety, and promote foreign trade. The Standard specifies the conditions for the Equine Encephalomyelitis (Eastern and Western) Disease-free Zone. It applies to the establishment and evaluation of the the Equine Encephalomyelitis (Eastern and Western) Disease-free Zone.
