This Regulation here sets the rules aimed at governing over the effective functions, duties and tasks, composition and type of activities of the Advisory Council for Maritime Spatial Planning. The above mentioned Council is a subsidiary body to the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works of the Republic of Bulgaria, and its duties are related to the implementation of the cooperation and coordination in the process of maritime spatial planning according to the provisions of the Law on the Maritime Spaces, Inland Waterways and Ports of the Republic of Bulgaria.
