Organization Act of the Coast Guard Administration, Executive Yuan.

This Act is enacted for the establishment of the Coast Guard Administration (CGA), Executive Yuan, aiming to safeguard the order of the Waters and the Coast, protect and utilize relevant resources and ensure the security of people's lives and property. The CGA shall set up the Department of Planning, Department of Coastal Control, Department of Intelligence, Department of Logistics, Department of Communications, Electronics and Information, Secretariat and Assignment Command Center. The Act stipulates the duties and powers thereof.
