These Measures, consisting of 10 Articles, are formulated in order to properly handle disputes over administrative boundaries. In dealing with border disputes, the parties to the disputes must settle them through consultation in accordance with relevant policies, laws and decrees. After the boundary dispute has been settled, if the boundary line of an administrative region has changed, the formalities for approval must be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions for the change of an administrative region.
