This Norm, consisting of 11 articles divided into four Chapters, creates the compulsory and electronic Management System for Water Resources (SIGERH) to request the regularization of water resources use within the State of Pará. The SIGERH will be accessed by the Website through the electronic address of the State Information System on Water Resources (SEIRH) (http://seirh.semas.pa.gov.br/), or the Secretariat of Environment and Sustainability (SEMAS) (https://www.semas.pa.gov.br/). Users who register with SIGERH and provide the data of uses of water resources electronically, will receive, as soon as the information is validated, the title referring to the modality of regularization compatible with the intended use. The Water Use Register is the first procedure to be carried out to obtain the title of regularization of the uses of water resources, to be issued by SIGERH, considering the restrictions and constraints established by the state legislation on water resources in force.
