These Regulations, also for the purpose of transposing Article 8(4), (5) and (6) of Directive 2012/27/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on Energy Efficiency, sets the related rules and topics, as regards the territory of Gibraltar. Contents of this text are divided into 10 main parts as follows: Preliminary; Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme; Undertakings; ESOS Assessments; Reporting of ESOS Assessments; Alternative routes to compliance; Compliance and Enforcement; Civil penalties and breaches; Appeals and service of documents; Application of these Regulations with modifications to relevant trust asset.
