This Administrative Regulation, consisting of 16 articles divided into four Chapters and one Table, establishes the emission limits for atmospheric pollutants in industrial pharmaceutical production, copper laminate production and plastic processing plants. This Administrative Regulation lays down the limits for the emission of air pollutants which must be met by industrial plants producing pharmaceuticals, the production of copper laminates and plastic processing, in order to reduce environmental pollution and safeguard the health of the population. It applies to the above mentioned establishments located in the Macao Special Administrative Region (RAEM), which must comply with the emission limits for air pollutants specified in the attached table.
