This Regulations sets the necessary contents, and determines the process of drafting and the process of concluding of a certain development agreement. Developing agreements which are object of this text, aligns the priorities of state and regional (local) development strategic projects that are already established. These agreements shall contribute to the development of those areas for which the development agreement is determined, and shall grant the funds for its planned implementation. Procedures, details, contents and legal and administrative issues are listed in articles 3, 5, 7 and 8. The Annex is an integrated part of this publication (Development Agreement Form; other necessary administrative forms).
