This Regulation here determines the criteria for assessing the ability and the method of conducting the procedure for determining the capacity of regional coordinators for the efficient and effective performance of activities part of measures granted by the Law on regional development of the Republic of Croatia. This text further sets the rules regarding the composition and manner of the commission that shall determine the existence of necessary preconditions for the mandatory accreditation of such regional coordinators. The Agency for Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia carries out the assessment of the capacity of all regional coordinators, whose work and efficient approach and effective performance of activities will grant the compliance with related programmed task.
