This Act here amends certain provisions part of the Tobacco Act (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 69/1999, and already amended in the Gazette 14/2014). Changes are related to the contents of the article 32 which sets the inspection and supervision issues (indication of agricultural inspectors of the State Inspectorate as the competent national body; among other modifications of the same article).
