These Regulations is made under the Land Planning and Development Control Ordinance, 2013 and concerns procedures of the Land Development Control Authority established by the Ordinance. The procedures concern, among other things, reports by the Authority under section 63 of the Ordinance. Section 63 requires the Authority to provide the Governor with any returns and other information with respect. A report must contain, among other things, the number and type of applications for development permission granted.
