This Chapter of the Delaware Code concerns dams. Namely, it provides for matters related to building on unnavigable streams; procedure to condemn materials for building and repair of dams; right of entry to repair banks of stream; forcing water back to injury of adjoining landowners, the associated penalty and exceptions.
