These Measures aim to regulate the registration inspection and product quality review inspection of health foods, and to ensure the openness, fairness, impartiality and scientificity thereof. The Text consists of 7 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Application and Acceptance (II); Inspection and Reporting (III); Quality Control (IV); Sample and File Management (V); Confidentiality and Information Management (VI); Supervision and Administration (VIII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII). The registered inspection institutions shall be selected and determined by the State Food and Drug Administration according to law, and carry out registration inspection and product quality review inspection according to the requirements of relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms of the State and the provisions of these Measures, so as to provide accurate and reliable registration inspection reports and product quality review inspection for health foods.
