This Chapter of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) adopts the Pollution Disclosure Act of 1971. Specifically, it provides for environmental excellence program agreements, effect on chapter; annual reports required, contents, critical materials designated; confidentiality as to manufacturing processes; operation subject to injunction, when, civil penalties; and wastes to be provided with available methods of treatment prior to discharge into waters of the state.
