This Title of the Vermont Statutes concerns navigation and waters. Specifically, it sets forth general provisions relating to rivers and streams; remedy of person aggrieved by action of selectmen; and removal of trees and bushes from land prior to flowage. The Title provides that a public easement in a stream shall not be lost or abridged by prescription or adverse possession.
