This Chief Executive Decision establishes the prohibition of import and transit of asbestos products within the National territory. Accordingly, and Using the authority conferred by article 50 of the Basic Law No. 7/2003 (Foreign Trade Law), as amended by Law No. 3/2016, the Chief Executive orders that the importation and transit within the Macao Special Administrative Region (RAEM) of the goods listed in the table enclosed to this Decision shall be prohibited.
