This Regulation determines the components of the Montenegrin water council, that is a group of qualified professionals aimed at offering services and professional advisory and help related to the activities concerning the water management sector and in general, several types of water decision-making processes. The list with 11 names of physical persons (professionals) engaged in this group is also part of this text.
