This Regulation sets the conditions to be met by development projects in agriculture sector and timber processing sector. These rules are aimed for the selection of persons who apply for the realization of special investment programmes, part of approved projects of particular importance and great economic interest for the Montenegro. These project should: enable the substitution of imports of agricultural and fishery products; enable the valorization of unused agricultural land; enable the realization on the territory of municipalities; enable the opening of new processing capacities in the timber industry; enable the creation of new added value in relation to the natural resource used in part of semi-final and final wood products; enable the connection of timber products with tourism and accommodation capacities; provide adequate environmental protection; enable the introduction of new technologies; contribute to the integration of agriculture and tourism; contribute to the affirmation and promotion of the production and marketing of traditional Montenegrin products; contribute the increase of organic products production.
