This Law amends certain provisions part of the Bulgarian Law on water. Changes are regarding the modifications to the article 13 (paragraph 2) related to the state property procedural matters; articles 19a and 19b (municipal ownership of water, water bodies and water management systems and facilities, definitions of waters and water bodies); several modifications to articles 138a and 138e (protection against the harmful impact of waters).
