These Provisions, consisting of 34 Articles, are enacted to strengthen the work of national surveying and mapping geoinformation archives. All units shall, in accordance with relevant state regulations, establish and improve their own archives management systems in accordance with the needs of their work. Destruction of archives must be carried out in accordance with the relevant procedures. No archives may be destroyed without approval.
