These Implementation Directions consist of 6 Sections, are enacted in accordance with the Toxic and and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act. The Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan amended the Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act on January 16, 2019. After it entered into force on January 18, 2019, the competent authorities at all levels have not yet established or amended the regulations and administrative rules authorized by this Act. During the transition period, relevant work under the provisions of this Act shall be implemented in accordance with these Implementation Directions .
