These Implementation Rules, consisting of 21 articles, aim at strengthening the quality management of major water conservancy projects construction in the fields of water-saving and water supply. After major quality problems or safety hazards are discovered during the quality supervision inspection, the inspection team may recommend to the project legal person to stop work or rework, and report to the Ministry of Water Resources in a timely manner. The inspection results shall be included in the market credit system and annual quality assessment system of water conservancy production and business operation entities.
