This Regulation prescribes the manner of implementation, and other issues related to the professional supervision aimed to be performed on cultivations of short-flowered tree crops. The cultivation of short-flowered tree crops is subject to expert supervision, carried out by central state administration body responsible for administrative and other activities in the field of agriculture and forestry, here indicated as the Croatian Ministry of agriculture. All natural and legal persons who had established plantations of fast-growing woody or other fast-growing plant varieties for biomass production as of 22 February 2018, shall notify the competent national Ministry on the existence of such plantations within three months of the entry into force of this Regulation, and they shall submit related expert supervision requests as here required. Article 7 states out that all manufacturers shall bear the costs of professional supervision, and that the competent national Ministry shall provide for the related price list.
