These Provisions are enacted to standardize the administration of the declaration and payment of social insurance premiums. The Provisions consist of 6 Chapters: General provisions; Declaration of social insurance premiums; Payment of social insurance premiums; Handling failure to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time; Legal liabilities; Supplementary Provisions. The Provisions govern the declaration and payment of basic pensions, basic medical insurance premiums, injury insurance premiums, maternity insurance premiums and unemployment insurance premiums. The social insurance premiums collected shall be deposited into the revenue account of the social insurance fund opened by the social insurance agency. The social insurance agency shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, regularly deposit the received funds into the special financial account for social insurance funds opened in accordance with the law.
