This article of the Arizona Revised Statutes concerns community water system planning and reporting requirements. It provides for the system water plan, its components and exceptions; and records and annual report of water use; penalty. More specifically, the article states that each community water system shall prepare and submit to the director of the department of water resources of Arizona a system water plan the following components: a water supply plan; a drought preparedness plan; and a water conservation plan.
