These Guidelines are enacted to strengthen the environmental management of chemical substances, standardize and guide the environmental risk assessment of chemical substances. The Guidelines specify the basic framework for environmental risk assessment of chemical substances, and clarifies the key points, technical requirements and report preparation requirements for environmental risk assessment of chemical substances.
