This Regulation lays down documentation requirements for the import of consignments of certain categories of animals and goods, including prior notification requirements and rules for when, and in what form, the import document shall accompany the consignments to their place of destination. It implements Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1013 of 16 April 2019 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/1602 of 23 April 2019 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/625 of 15 March 2017.
