The Governor, with a view of prevention of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), decrees to implement monitoring of the application of additional measures aimed at prevention of the further spread of the new coronavirus COVID-19 infection. In case of non-compliance with restrictive measures public officials must draw reports on administrative offences. In particular, public officials of the authorized environmental institution shall be responsible for the enforcement of restrictive measures in the field of ecology, forestry and water management. Public officials of the authorized institutions in the field of industry and trade shall be responsible for the enforcement of restrictive measures in the field of food trade. Public officials of the authorized veterinary institution shall be responsible for the enforcement of restrictive measures in the field of animal production, slaughtering and fisheries.
