This Act provides for temporary measures aimed to prepare the country for the second wave of COVID-19. Rules object of this text are related to the field of labor and employment relations, scholarships, health and social care institutions. This text determines the purpose of support and beneficiaries, among certain specific reimbursement conditions. Chapter II sets the main provisional measures and actions in relation to the epidemic of COVID-19 disease; Chapter III is on deviations from the provisions of certain laws; and Chapter IV is providing for related penalty provisions.
