These Detailed Rules are enacted to further standardize the national supervisory spot checks on product quality, and create an open, transparent, fair and just regulatory environment. The Detailed Rules make provisions for: sampling methods, the basis of inspection , rules for judgment, etc. of paper containers for food contact. If the stated quality requirements of the inspected product are higher than the standard requirements of the inspection items in these detailed rules, it shall be judged according to the stated quality requirements of the inspected product. If the stated quality requirements of the inspected product are lower than the mandatory standard requirements, it shall be judged in accordance with the mandatory standard requirements.
