This supplementary administrative regulation is enacted in accordance with Article 50 (5) of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region and Article 67 of the Law No. 12/2013 on Urban Planning. An inter-departmental committee shall be set up as an agency to coordinate and follow up the preparation, review, revision and implementation of urban planning. The Bureau of Land, Public Works and Transportation should continually follow up and evaluate the implementation of urban planning. The supplementary administrative regulation further makes provisions, inter alia, for the procedural system of urban planning, the procedural rules for determining the amount of compensation, etc.
