Th Administrative Regulation is enacted in accordance with Article 50 (5) of the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Fund is a public legal person that operates within the Environmental Protection Bureau and has administrative and financial autonomy and owns its own property. The fund is supervised by the Chief Executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region. The fund shall be managed by an administrative committee.
