The present Decree amends the Regulation on Water Resources Management in matters relating to the characterisation of surface and groundwater, the compilation of information of special areas and of activities with an impact on surface and groundwaters, impact assessment and supplementary investigations, water use and water services, economic analysis of water, assessment of water status, classification of surface and groundwater status, surface water monitoring, the preparation of management plan, and review of investigations.
