Governmental Decree No. 955 “On some issues related to the competence of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources.”

This Governmental Decree establishes that the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources shall have in its structure: (a) Committee of Environmental Regulation and Control; (b) Committee of Geology; (c) Committee of Forestry and Wildlife; and (d) Fisheries Committee; (e) Committee on Water Resources.
