These Operating Measures are enacted in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment Act. If the following policies are likely to affect the environment, an environmental impact assessment should be implemented: 1. Industrial policies. 2. Mining development policies. 3. Water conservancy development policies. 4. Land use policies. 5. Energy policies. 6. Livestock policies. 7. Transportation policies. 8. Waste treatment policies. 9. Policies for the treatment of radioactive nuclear waste. The central competent authority shall determine policy detail items that are subject to the environmental impact assessment.
