Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission (Budget Amendment) Act No. 29 of 2020.
The Principal Act is amended by inserting section 53A regarding the obligation of any person selling goods or services in the course of business to reflect the decrease in the duty or tax in the price of the goods or services.
