Regional Decree No. 608 “On determining on the regional territory of landing sites for catches of aquatic biological resources harvested (caught) in the process of coastal fisheries, fish and fish products, produced from such catches on fishing vessels, in live, fresh and chilled state.”

This Regional Decree determines on the regional territory landing sites for catches of aquatic biological resources harvested (caught) in the process of coastal fisheries, fish and fish products, produced from such catches on fishing vessels, in live, fresh and chilled state in Accordance with the Annex. Landing shall be performed in places with berthing (harbour) facilities that meet the requirements for safe operation of technical regulations on the safety of sea transport facilities.
