This Guideline is formulated to prevent personnel in highway and waterway logistics of imported cold chain food from being infected by the COVID-19, and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 through cold chain logistics channels. The Guideline is applicable to highway/waterway transportation enterprises, port terminals, freight yards and other business units engaged in imported cold chain food logistics to prevent and control COVID-19 in the handling and transportation of imported cold chain food.
