This Decree, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Real Estate Cadastre Act, determines the types of actual land uses and their codes kept in the real estate cadastre, types of actual land uses and their codes, classification of actual land use kept in the real estate cadastre which are taken over from the registers of actual land use, and the conditions for taking over data from the registers of actual land use and the method of coordination of polygons of different actual land uses. The Annex is also part of this publication (Annex 1: More detailed types of actual land use kept in the real estate cadaster; Annex 2: Types of more detailed actual land uses, codes of types of more detailed actual land uses, descriptions of these uses and their classification into a more detailed type of actual land use kept in the real estate cadastre).
