Decree on strategies, plans and programmes, including changes to those strategies, plans and programmes, for which a procedure for assessment of their impact on the environment and on human life and health is mandatory.

This Decree, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on environment, prescribes rules regarding a group of planned documents (strategies, plans and programmes), including changes to the same, for which a procedure for assessment of their impact on environment and human life and health is mandatory. Strategic assessment is carried out on planning documents, and changes to those planning documents, from different sectors as listed in article 3.
