Governmental Decree No. 157 validating the Regulation on the exclusion of a pesticide or agrochemical from the State Register of Pesticides and agrochemicals authorized for use on the territory of the Russian Federation, changes in the regulations for the use of a pesticide or agrochemical and (or) the term of the state registration of a pesticide or agrochemical before the expiration date of the state registration.

This Regulation establishes the procedure for the exclusion of a pesticide or agrochemical from the State Register of Pesticides and agrochemicals authorized for use on the territory of the Russian Federation, changes in the regulations for the use of a pesticide or agrochemical and (or) the term of the state registration of a pesticide or agrochemical before the expiration date of the state registration. The exclusion of a pesticide or agrochemical from the register, changes in the regulations for the use of a pesticide or agrochemical and (or) the term for state registration of a pesticide or agrochemical before the expiration of the state registration are carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation on the basis of a decision of the Interdepartmental Commission on Safe Handling of Pesticides and Agrochemicals, if during the circulation of a pesticide and (or) agrochemical, are identified previously unknown hazardous to human health or the environment properties inherent in this pesticide or agrochemical.
