This Royal Decree provides for the establishment of the Hydro and Agro – Informatics Institute. The 49 sections of this Royal Decree are divided into 5 Chapters: Establishment, Objective, Power and Duty (I); Capital Income and Property (II); Administration and Operation (III); Personnel of the Institution (IV); Accounting, Auditing and Assessment of Achievement of the Institution (V); Supervision(VI).
