This Regulation establishes the procedure for concluding a contract for the use of a fishfarming plot for a new period without holding tenders (competitions, auctions) with a fish farm that duly fulfilled its obligations under a contract for the use of a fishfarming plot, and changing the terms of such contract. The conclusion of a contract on the use of a fish-breeding site is carried out by the following authorized bodies: (a) the Federal Agency for Fisheries - in relation to fish-breeding sites located on waterbodies and (or) their parts, not adjacent to the territory of municipalities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation and in the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation; (b) territorial bodies of the Federal Agency for Fisheries - in relation to fish-breeding sites located on waterbodies and (or) their parts adjacent to the territory of the municipal formation of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation.
