Governmental Resolution No. 1580 introducing a temporary ban on the export of rapeseed seeds from the Russian Federation.

This Governmental Resolution applies a temporary ban on the export of rapeseed seeds from the Russian Federation from the date of entry into force of this Governmental Resolution until 28 February 2023. The aforesaid ban shall not be applicable to export to the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and to the export as humanitarian aid and to export within the framework of international intergovernmental agreements.
