The regional state program of "Development of the hunting economy, conservation and reproduction of wildlife, ensuring the functioning of the regional protected areas" is a regional policy document related to hunting sector aimed at the formation of the regional policy in the field of hunting, conservation of wild fauna species and ensuring the functioning of the regional protected areas. Program Goals shall be ensuring the preservation of unique natural complexes and biological diversity in protected areas of regional significance; ensuring the sustainable development of the hunting economy and increasing the volume and improving the quality of services in the field of hunting; and ensuring conservation and reproduction of hunting resources. The objectives of the Program shall be as follows: (a) implementation of the transferred powers of the Russian Federation in the field of hunting and reproduction of hunting resources; (b) ensuring the functioning of the regional protected areas in accordance with the objectives of their constitution; (c) hunting management on the basis of scientifically substantiated recommendations; (d) creation of a developed hunting infrastructure in the assigned hunting grounds; (e) creation of a developed hunting infrastructure in the assigned hunting grounds; (f) increasing the volume of services in the field of hunting and improving their quality; and (g) growth in the number of hunting resources.
