Provisions on Engineering Projects Which Must Be Subject to Bidding.

For purposes of determining the engineering projects that must be subject to bidding, regulating bidding activities, enhancing work efficiency, reducing enterprise cost and preventing corruption, these Provisions are developed in accordance with the provision of Article 3 of the Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China. Article 2-3 provide for the projects invested or financed by the state in whole or in part, and the projects using loans and aid funds from international organizations or foreign governments which must be subject to bidding.
